I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the prompt, efficient service you extended to me. Your office personnel were very gracious and helpful. Your technician, Andrew, was a delight to have in my home. He is such a polite young man.

James, the installer, did everything to a point and I was shocked at the amount of time he took completing this. This gave me the impression that he was doing the job as perfectly as possible and making sure the job was done right the first time, the best way possible. This was not what I expected, but I loved it.

When he was completed, he showed and explained to me everything and its purpose. He gave me the warranty book, and I signed off on the work order. He wrapped up by signing me up for the annual service plan and explaining all the benefits I would receive with the plan. He left the new water heater and all its surroundings just as they were, nice and clean, and put all of his equipment away. Then he  came back in to make sure the water had the air out and was putting out the hot water (which it was), and I complimented not only his work but the courtesy and respect he showed to both me and my home. Grable’s Plumbing is a wonderful company and I would recommend and have recommended them to anyone who mentions a plumbing problem or concern.

Not only did the plumber explain my options, but he also left the area as clean as he found it. We have used Grable in the past and I am continually impressed by this company.

I has a problem with low water pressure in my kitchen faucet. I called another plumbing company who came down, took the faucet apart, and couldn’t find the problem. They said it was probably a part of the faucet that couldn’t be fixed and that I would need another faucet. So, they put the faucet back together, charged me $126, and said they would be happy to return and replace the faucet when I bought another one. One day later, I had low water pressure in my bathroom faucet. I thought I had a possible water pipe break and decided this time to call Grable Plumbing Company. They sent Tony the very same day, and he fixed both faucets. It turned out that there was an aerator clog in the bathroom and clog on the hot water side of the kitchen faucet. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Paying to fix a problem is definitely better than paying and getting no results. Thank you Tony and Grable Plumbing. I will call this company from now on.

I was delighted with the quality of the service. This was a situation in which it would have been very easy for a plumber to run up the bill. It involved repairing a buried, badly corroded galvanized pipe that ran close to our home’s foundation. I also was not able to watch the repairs and therefore had to rely on the plumber. He completed the repair in less time and for less expense than he originally estimated. He also did a great job installing a kitchen faucet. As a bonus, he showed me how to repair a stubborn toilet that wasn’t flushing properly with a simple (no cost) repair.

The employee was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He was in the area, so he arrived only 30 minutes after I called. He then did the jobs quickly and efficiently. He gave me a value price estimate and then reduced that estimated price by $70 based on the amount of work done. I would use this company again in a second.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service and cost. They answered my questions about tankless water heaters and gave me additional information that I hadn’t thought about yet. My new water heater tank was installed the very same day. I was so thankful for a hot shower that day!

The service man showed up exactly on time and was very clean. Grable Plumbing uses top-of-the-line parts, so it was a quality job with quality products. The company also called later in the day to follow up on the work that was done.
